• Where is the store based?

  Granada, Spain

  From now on all orders come with a tracking number
  (Except for Spain, you can still choose no tracking option)
  This is a flat fee, so you can add as many items and the price stays the same

  -For US people: I handle all the tarrifs paperwork, you don't have to pay extra at customs or do anything else

  -For people outside US and EU: Please mind you may be subjected to custom fees

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Yes! Shipping is worldwide, but there are a few places I can't ship to

• When will my order be shipped?

  Within 1-5 business days

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders (Spain) take anywhere from 1 to 4 weeks to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 1 and 12 weeks.
  The average time for deliveries is 2 weeks

• Which payment method do you accept?

  Paypal

• About preorders

  Pre-order means that you buy a product and it will be shipped to you when it's ready/done

  If you order a pre-order product and a regular one, they will be shipped together, so you will have to wait until the pre-order is ready to be sent

  -Just pre-order if you are okay with the waiting

• Will you restock products?

  It depends on the demand of the product, but I will try to actively restock and add new merch to the store

• How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

  The Storenvy checkout process is powered by both Stripe and PayPal, two of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, Storenvy has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
